Recreational – Ultimate does include a fair bit of running, so be aware you will get in a decent number of steps.

Format/Rules

Team Construction

• 7 v 7
• Teams must be at least 9 people, there is no max
• Must have at least 3 females on the field at all times
• 2 – 22-minute halves with a 10 minute halftime break

*Coed Social Ultimate Frisbee – Each player must adhere to both the Rules & Social Policy
